Are you a frustrated writer?

You have so many important ideas to share with the world.

So many things you want, no, need to say.

You’ve dreamed of being a writer. But you’re busy juggling a demanding job and even more demanding family responsibilities.

When you finally do sit down to write, you’re exhausted, distracted, and it shows in your writing.

You just want to get your thoughts out there. You want to create something to be proud of.

To realize your writing dream.

To see some results, for once.

You want to live a fulfilling life and help others do the same… if you could just express your ideas clearly, in writing…and get people to read it.

And you can.

How writing changed my life

I’ve always loved writing.

But when a powerful authority figure in my life ridiculed my writing dreams, I gave it up for a time.

I couldn’t completely stay away, however. Writing was more to me than a hobby—it was a calling.

In college, even while working three jobs and studying two vastly different subjects (music and health), I snuck time to hone my craft.

I got so good at it, the school hired me to work as a writing coach for other students and staff.

Then life took an unexpected turn.

I got really sick, and during the recovery period, finally returned to my first love: writing.

In less than a year, I completed a novel and a musical, wrote over a hundred articles, and was featured in Thought Catalogue, ScaryMommy, Writers In the Storm, The Mission, The Writing Coopoerative, and more.

All while dealing with a mysterious illness that affected every area of my life: sleep, emotions, relationships, physical energy, etc.

I share my story just to say:

Whatever your goal is as a writer, it’s within your reach.

That is, if you can figure out how to write well.r

How will you change your life?

Take a minute and imagine what it would mean for you if…

  • You could write brilliant posts that people actually want to read.
  • Your writing changes people’s lives, and they tell you so.
  • You could train your mind to write thoughtful, polished articles, even books, that you’re proud of.

Sounds pretty awesome, right?

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The sky’s the limit for what you can do as a writer.

You just need to write well.

But how?

Over the years, I’ve worked with writers of all ages and stages. I’ve coached international immigrants, graduate students, high school seniors, and undergraduates of every stripe.

And now I’m making all of my techniques available to you. I will be your personal writing coach, helping you strengthen your writing and polish your articles.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from my feedback, personalized to you and your article, and start benefitting from it instantly.

Say goodbye to the confusion and crushing frustration of writing articles that no one cares about.

Finally, you can give yourself the satisfaction of becoming a polished and productive writer, instead of wondering what if…?

Set yourself up for success.

Instead of blindly stumbling in the dark, wasting time on trial and error, learn what it takes to write well from the start.

Stop procrastinating and get those brilliant ideas out of you by writing articles you can share with friends, family, and the world.

Great. Here’s how it works:

  1. Send me your article, up to 1500 words.
  2. I will send it back to you with personalized comments, tips, and suggestions.
  3. You may revise your article and send it back for further guidance, not once, but twice.

And that’s it. Easy as 1-2-3.

There’s really no downside.

So, what am I charging?

$200? $300? $500? (Yikes!)

Actually, nope. For $49, I will edit and help you strategize for any article, up to 1500 words.

How does that translate?

  • $49 means just about anyone can hire their very own writing coach, not just the “rich and famous.” Anyone who can afford dinner for two at a mid-range restaurant will now be able to get access to personalized writing tips and comments just for them.
  •  Anyone who would not exchange one restaurant meal for an experienced writing coach is not serious enough about writing to get the information.
  • But anyone who IS serious enough to invest the cost of one night at Applebees into their own education has the opportunity to recoup their investment many times over.

The only catch?

Space is limited.

There are only so many hours in the day, and thoughtfully critiquing articles takes up quite a few of those. Once coaching spots are filled, the offer is over.

So shoot me an email at, with the subject line: “I want a writing coach!”

Let’s say you hire me as your coach, and then decide you don’t want to be a writer after all.

Or you receive your article back after the first round of editing, and it just wasn’t what you expected. What do you do?

Just send me an email before sending in your article for Round 2 (within 2 weeks), and I’ll refund your payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t write articles?

I have coached all kinds of writers on all kinds of projects: fiction, nonfiction, academic, nonacademic, and more. Feel free to shoot me an email about your writing project and we’ll see if I am a good fit for you!

Can I send more than 1500 words?

The coaching offer is only for articles of 1500 words or less. If you are interested in coaching for longer articles, let me know and we’ll figure something out for you!

Can I send more than one article?

You can, but I will only work with you on one article, for this offer. (I have to make sure I get to everyone’s writing, you know!) If you would like a longer-term writing coach, let me know and we can figure out something that works.

What if I want to write, but don’t know what to write about?

That happens to the best of us. Simply send me your best three ideas in an email and your goal as a writer, and I will help you figure out which topic might work (no charge unless you send me the full article).

Tell me again, how exactly does this all work?

No problem:

1.  You email your article to me at and I’ll let you know where to send the payment.

2.  After payment is processed, I will critique your article, and email it back to you with tips on how to tighten and polish it.

3.  You revise your article based on the comments.

4.  At this point, you may either a)  request a refund within 2 weeks, or b) submit your edited article for round two of comments/critiques.

And that’s it! Simple, right?

What if I’m not a great writer yet, and don’t know if I have what it takes?

Just give it a shot. No one starts out perfect, and you will get better with practice.

They say it takes a million words for someone to become a great writer.

You’ve probably already written a good chunk of that million (for school, personal writing, etc), and if you’re not seeing improvements, that’s likely because you haven’t gotten the right feedback.

That’s what I’m here for!

And if you’re really not suited to be a writer, at least you can find out sooner and move on without regret, knowing you gave it your best shot.

It only costs $49 to find out.

Ready to give it a try?

I’ve taken all the risk for you. So don’t wait ‘til spots fill up. Grab yours now.
